Meet The Staff
Dr. Mario Robles, D.D.S.
Dr. Mario Robles, D.D.S. is from Aguascalientes, Mexico where he was born, raised and first discovered his passion for fixing teeth. Dr. Mario graduated with his D.D.S. from dental school in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1976 and received his license to be a dentist in California in 1987 after moving to California with his family. After gaining 10 years of experience as a dental manager at a Western Dental office, he decided to open his own practice in 1997, Dr. Robles Family Dental, at the same office they are in now.
As a cornerstone business in Baldwin Park, Dr. Mario and his staff know the importance of being involved and giving back to their local community. Whenever they can, they do their part to help out local schools, churches and children's sports leagues. As an active member of the Baldwin Park Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Mario makes sure his local community thrives.
When asked what he likes best about being a dentist, Dr. Mario replied that "I like seeing people's happy faces when I fix their teeth. When you do good, it feels good".
Dr. Josue Robles, D.D.S.
Dr. Josue Robles, D.D.S. followed in his fathers' footsteps by becoming dentist. Born in L.A., Dr. Josue Robles is a southern California native. He studied dentistry from 2005-2010 at University de la Salle Bajío in León, Guanajuato, Mexico and graduated at the top of his class from their accelerated 5-year program with his D.D.S.
Dr. Josue jokes that he feels like he was "born to do" dentistry, and loves being able to help people get the smiles they want. He says that his main motivation for doing what he does is the fact that he gets to help people. In his own words, "when you can help someone and they are happier afterwards, it gives you the best feeling in the world".
When he's not in the dental office you can often find Dr. Josue out in nature enjoying the great outdoors through golfing, hiking and going to the beach.
Maria del Rocio Robles
As general manager & CFO, Maria del Rocio Robles is like the glue that holds the family dental practice together. You can find her in the office helping out with all of the general bookkeeping and related tasks. Born and raised in East LA, Maria del Rocio attended East LA College, where her love for math and working with numbers led her to study accounting.
For Maria del Rocio, the best part about helping with the family practice is the opportunity to get to know each of their patients on a personal level. She also enjoys their involvement in the local Baldwin Park community, and loves being able to share what they have been given by giving back to local organizations whenever they can.
In her free time, Maria del Rocio enjoys reading a variety of books, walking, and watching sports and movies.
